What to Expect
At Nexus Family Chiropractic, we have a unique and transparent process that will leave you feeling like family at every step of the way.
At your first appointment, you’ll sit down and have a
no-cost consultation
with the doctor where you will discuss, in detail, all of your health concerns. During this consultation, you’ll discuss goals with the doctor and get an in-depth explanation of exactly how we can help you and determine if you’re a good candidate for neurologically-based chiropractic care in our office.
Immediately following this consultation, and in the same visit, you’ll have the opportunity to go through a detailed examination with the doctor. You can expect thorough neurological testing, paraspinal thermography scans, orthopedic testing, a chiropractic exam, and a postural screening.The
consultation is complimentary. If you’re a good fit for our office and choose to follow through with an exam, the cost is $195.
After your initial consultation and exam, we invite you back for a second visit where you’ll receive a full report of findings where the doctor will discuss everything he found with you during the exam and present a plan of recommendations based on your individual needs to help you achieve your goals.

What is PiezoWave?

Where Can I Use PiezoWave?
PiezoWave can be used in a variety of areas on your body. It's great for ankles, knees, elbow, some low back/neck issues, shoulders and more. It's great for tendonitis and other soft tissue injuries.
Is PiezoWave Safe?
PiezoWave therapy is generally safe when performed by a trained professional in a clinical setting. After PiezoWave therapy, you can usually resume normal activities and light exercise, but you should avoid strenuous exercise, heavy lifting, or high-impact activities for the few hours following a session..
What Does It Feel Like?
PiezoWave sessions are unique in the sense that it provides something known as bio-feedback. This means that you will not feel anything when we use it over healthy tissue, and when we get over damaged tissue you will feel a slight dull ache that can be controlled to your comfort level. Because we get biofeedback, we can accurately pinpoint EXACTLY where your damaged tissue is so that you can get back to the game of life as quickly as possible.
